How to access the service

Most children and young people are referred to us by their Doctor (usually a hospital or community paediatrician or their GP, their Social Worker or another Psychologist including an Educational Psychologist.

Referral criteria:

All referrals should be made using our referral form available. The service admin email is CYPSCAYT@lancashire.gov.uk

Telephone/email discussion and enquiries are always welcome, but a referral form needs to be completed for a service to be provided
