The Adult ADHD Team is an Assessment and Monitoring service for Adults over 16 with ADHD.
What we do
We accept referrals from GPs and SPOA for new case assessment and new cases with a previous diagnosis of ADHD. We also manage the transition group from the CAMHS Teams. Our service covers all of Lancashire excluding Blackpool who have separate commissioning arrangements. We provide training days for Adult ADHD and provide both Consultant led and Nurse led clinics.
The Team consists of Dr Venu Duddu (Consultant Psychiatrist) who provides 2 clinical days per week, Jen Lewis-Neill (Clinical Lead Nurse/Nurse Prescriber) and Daniel Whittaker (Specialist Nurse ADHD), both nurses are full time.
We provide satellite clinics over the county of Lancashire in order to support families to be able to attend.
How to access the service
You can be referred to our service via Single Point of Access or secondary mental health teams if a service user is already open.

Clinic sites are based in Central Lancs (Preston and Garstang) East Lancs (Accrington) North Lancs (Fleetwood and Lancaster)
